Aspiring to be your Training Provider of choice.

Our learner’s journey is designed with the care sector in mind to ensure care staff are highly trained and improve the quality of care. We offer apprenticeship from Level 2 to Level 5 to support those who wish to pursue a career in adult care as well as the development and career progression of existing employees.

We have been supporting a wide range of early years settings from daycare centres, preschools, primary schools, nurseries, playgroups and even childminders! Our apprenticeship journey is created with the childcare sector in mind to provide better quality care and development for children aged 0-5 years old.

You could be working in several settings such as a children’s home, a residential special school or a secure children’s home. You will be working with children, young people and families including carers, to achieve positive sustainable change in their lives.

The Skills for Care programmes offers the opportunity for leaders and managers in social care to develop themselves to the highest standards. Over 90% of services rated good or outstanding for being well-led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) were also rated good or outstanding overall.

Our Learner & Employer Feedback

I would just like to personally thank my tutor Daniela. I never thought I was good enough for the qualification. She was truly amazing and supportive. I was struggling at the start because I work night shifts but with my tutor’s support, I am able to learn new things to further progress in my role.

Apprenticeship in Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
As always we appreciate your time and patience with us and our staff , We are really pleased with the help and support that Joe have shown to myself and the other staff that are currently going through the signing up process. Joe has been very helpful and supportive, he has got to the bottom of the problems we were having with our signing in process which is all sorted now. Also its nice that he is giving the staff a gentle reminder to get on with the signing up process as we all need a nudge at time to time. Very impressed! Thanks again.

I found Tina very approachable and encouraging. We spoke regularly on the phone and she would always explain in detail what was expected of me and check that I understood. I knew if I had any queries or needed help she was only a phone call away. When carrying out assessments Tina would put me at ease and I couldn't have wished for better support whilst completing my apprenticeship.
